+1 on the Milgauss.

I'd add the Air King to the list.

Probably substantial change/discontinuation of the Hulk if there is a new sub.

hurry up and post before moderator locks thread for reasons unrelated to any forum rules aka his own self-serving personal annoyance at speculation posts.

Sorry to sound like a broken record but NO-ONE knows.
There may be a new no date, the old one may stay unchanged, maybe there will be no no date any longer......honestly just wait and see.

I take his point in a way....there are SO many similar posts and they’re kinda pointless as genuinely no one knows but Rolex.

The odd post is fine but there are dozens and dozens and they just regurgitate the same narrative

i appreciate the opinion BUT it does not violate forum rules and the last thing we want is a moderator policing content based on his own views/bias. its a slippery slope.

The only watch I believe will be discontinued is the Hulk, replaced with the well rumoured blue dial / bezel combination, not sure what it will be called but baby smurf will do until someone comes up with something better.

Those watches running on the 31xx movements will get upgraded to the respective 32xx movements.

Other than that no changes.

How can they discontinue models that were never available?

Basic heritage models will never be discontinued, they will be technically updated and maybe optically more or less heavily modified. Would it be Rolex without Daydate, Datejust, Sub, Sub-date, Daytona and others I'm just forgetting? I totally exclude certain thoughts.

The irony is with the lack of availability of new SS sport pieces at retail, it's almost more exciting to speculate on what will be discontinued vs. what will be introduced on 9/1.

As always this is a number one suspect. The trick is what does this watch in this color represent for Rolex. Green dial usually means anniversary for Rolex and now in the literature on the Rolex page there is no such association. This watch made a transition from an anniversary watch and maybe the literature made the association but it doesn’t any longer.

So this can mean it’s just a regular watch to Rolex, like the blue Milguass or blue YM, just a colored dial. When the YMs transitioned to the new movement all models continued. This isn’t a redesign, it’s an update. It seems logical the LV will continue.

We are waiting to just see if anything else has been updated(lugs) or new additional color.
Every model will be discontinued at some point, buy the one you like and wait it out. Not every one is going to have a SD4k run, that was an exception. Couple more days, you may be right though, only Rolex has the answer.

Forum member mic6 stated in another thread...the end of the James Cameron.

If true, the second iteration of that reference was only available from Basel 2018?
