I am fortunate to get both of them this year. I love both and will keep them forever.

I like both of them for different reasons. If I could get a Hulk, I would jump on it. I also wouldn't turn down the new one!

If you cannot afford both get the Hulk since it has been discontinued. Rolex will probably be producing the Kermit for the next 10 years. You will hopefully be able to save for one and get it sometime in the future (of course it's likely there will be a new hotter release to pursue in your future as well). I'm lucky enough to own both the Hulk and the Kermit. I like them equally.

New 126610lv... The best of the best... I don't think a sunburst dial make all that "special" that 99% people says..... Two years ago the same people will say the 116610lv is to green to chunky Bla Bla Bla

Not a huge fan of the Hulk, but if I were in the market for both, it would be Hulk for sure. Plenty of time to get the new LV.

My vote is for the Kermit. This watch is a lot more versatile than the hulk.
When I first got the hulk I realized that its difficult to match with what I'm wearing.

Hulk all the way. The green dial is stunning and you won't see it again on a SS submariner.

Hulk, its the most iconic Submariner ever made. The Kermit is just an iteration.

Kermit by a mile. Who cares if it's discontinued. Black dial, always.

Another vote for the Hulk. I'm a bit bias though since it's been my daily for the past 6 years. The dial is mesmerizing.

The hulk has been out for a long time and has recently been hyped to stratospheric levels! There is certainly something to be said about a sunburst dial, but I have to admit a black dial sub holds a special place in my heart. Something so pure about it. If you need a splash of green, I bet the new LV will pop plenty. Why not add the higher power reserve and novelty?

The green sunburst dial is what separates the hulk from the rest of the pack.

Doubt you can get a definite answer here. The vote goes to the one that each owns...to push up the resale price perhaps?
