May I ask if you are Russian? (Based on the phraseology of your question, no offense intended)

I'll take mine off
No need to be wearing
a watch while sleeping.

I always sleep with my watch on; I only take it off to shower.

depends on mood, if it still on when I am going to bed I do not take it off
sometimes I will take it off when sitting watching tv in the evening time, usually if it has been a hot day |

Not advisable unless it’s a smart watch that gives some useful insights about seeping behavior and heart rate. Sleeping with a mechanical watch can only help stretching the bracelet in my opinion.

Always have. I wake up often throughout the night and check the time. Lifelong habit for me.

I mostly do. Sometimes I wake up, turn the light on and go to pick my watch up off the floor to check the time. It's then I find I'm actually wearing it. It's just like the old glasses or hat routine. You sigh, note the passing of time and perceive the slow but inevitable decline in your previously tremendous acuity.
But it does go to show the amazing comfort and stealth of these steel confections. |

If I wear a watch when sleeping, it can only be my Seiko Arctura, most comfy watch ever. No sharp edges on the case, integrated bracelet so no protruding lugs, thin, curved case, small clasp.

I always wear my watch at night. I wake often and check the time every night. It very rarely ever comes off my wrist.

I do. I've found that my watch keeps better time if I wear it overnight. I think it knows my thoughts as well.

To add to my earlier comment, when you “fly for a living” sleeping with your watch is one less thing to put on in the morning. It’s one less thing to leave at home. It’s one less thing to leave in a hotel room at oh-dark-hundred in the morning.

Not now coz I was getting a reaction to the silicone strap when wearing at night. I do love wearing it tho coz you get a great lume and I don't have to tap phone to see what time is

Sort of curious about this---why? Is it because you're more worried about theft? (That you might, say, leave the hotel having forgotten to put it back on, and then return to your room later to find it's been stolen?)
