Have you visited a boutique? I have heard good things about Bal Harbor. I’ve dealt with the NYC boutique and they were great. I think visiting in person goes a long way.

Not sure about now but in 2020, this was a hard one to track down. I went to the NYC boutique in Feb 2020 (when the 26315st panda was trading close to retail) just before the lockdown and then forgot about the watch for 5-6 months. Followed up with the sales associate later in the year and was told to reach back out in 2021 so did so. I think they are trying to make sure you aren't someone that wants to flip the watch and genuinely interested in the brand. I'd keep checking in every month to make sure the associate knew I was interested in the watch. Eventually got the call in April or May of 2021 and couldn't be more excited (even though there had been 2 or so price increases in the mean time hah).

Awesome! Congrats!
I'm in the process of getting started in 'the game'. Starting with an offshore soon and will be visiting in person to pick it up.

Is this a 38mm? I am on the AP website and don't see it in 41mm.

Yes, 26315 is the reference. Only the 38mm has the blue sub-dials. The size is perfect, and as much as I love my 15500 it wears far better.

Going for the 26420IO - grey titanium 43mm chrono with ceramic bezel. Very excited to experience the titanium.
I just bought this 15450ST and absolutely can't get enough of it. AP is something else as someone coming from a typical rolex history. The pure quality is really exceptional.

I wanted both a Code and a ROC.

I live in NYC, made an appointment to visit the NYC boutique. They had very little on display. Had a nice conversation with an SA. Made another appointment to come back in 2 weeks when they would have more models available for me to see/try on.

I bought the blue Code Chrono. Totally love the watch. It is gorgeous. While I was there, I tried on different size RO's. I asked about availability of a blue 38mm ROC. SA said I will put you on the "interest" list and after speaking with his manager, told me I can expect it in 3 months.

3 months later, got the call and picked up my 38mm blue ROC. SA did mention my Code purchase help push me up the list.

That dial on a new 2022 ROC 41 with glass rear case back and relocated date window would be a complete "must purchase" for me. Love, love that dial but the current 38mm is just too small for me.

Enjoy.

Drool......

Add BMG and I'd have some serious watch issues.

Awesome, thanks for the datapoint! I'm making progress with the boutique now so glad I'm getting the ball rolling. I too would love a variant of the 44xx chrono somehow shrunken enough to fit into a 38mm case, same dial, fixed date position. Exhibition case back. Flyback. That would be an absolute stunner.
