I think the ceramic Daytona fits nicely with the other Daytonas you have, you should keep it

I appreciate everyone’s input and I am leaning to the consensus of doing nothing or finding one that’s at least complete. I haven’t fully decided yet but that’s where I am leaning.

I would only do it if the DD has the newer clasp with the hook and beak locking mechanism as opposed to the older friction fit clasp.

I'd still ask for a overhaul on top of that. Then you get Rolex documentation and assurance it's 100% Rolex right.

Was on the fence until I saw your collection. I’d do it in a heartbeat.

Just means it wasn't meant to be.

The SS Daytona should always have a prominent place in the rotation.

It's an awesome watch.

I did the trade…basically NOS 118206 full set plus some money my way for the Daytona C. The feel of a platinum watch is something else. Just feels great. I am sure I will miss the other at some point but I feel like it was worth it. Out in the light the dial is just sublime. Thanks for all the help.

100% the right move! PT DD is !

Plus it fits your collection so well. Plus plus the cash your way means you are almost 50% of the way to buying back the Daytona at MSRP. Such a no-brainer.

Huge congrats!!! After seeing the rest of your collection, I would have done the same!
I am also waiting to add a 36mm plat DD.
President and ice blue does add alot of beauty to your already amazing collection.
