You can 100% obtain a Oyster for your BLRO see below, this was sent direct from Rolex to me on 21st June 2022. I ordered one through my local AD and it was delivered within 4 days.

We can confirm that we only offer a supply & fit service which means the watch has to come into Rolex to have the new bracelet fitted. The current cost of the new bracelet is £1250.00 excluding VAT.

Should it be more convenient the bracelet can generally be ordered through local Official Rolex Retailers but we would suggest confirming with them before making a journey.

Please note that we have limited stocks of the bracelet currently here in the UK but we can order further supplies from Geneva.

It sounds like your AD was on the ball. I contacted RSC London direct for a Jubilee to go on my Oyster 126710BLRO after my AD said, yes, maybe, no, yes, maybe no, sorry.

In fairness, I don't think Rolex have been clear or consistent with communication to ADs on this. I'm going direct to St James Square when my bracelet arrives. I can keep the Oyster. Orders take about 12 weeks if not in stock.

To be honest I did send the email from Rolex to my AD after being told on a couple of occasions it wasn't possible. To be fair to them they got on the case the same day and confirmed they had just been told this was possible by Rolex hours before.

I do think the information comes in from Rolex to all AD's it just depend how this is distributed amongst the sales staff. I think many are conditioned to say no to anything related to Rolex before actually checking and doing any ground work. In some instances its a serious case of CBA.

Just picked up my Sky Dweller Jubilee bracelet. Purchased from a Authorized Rolex AD for under $1900.00 dollars. It took less than a month. Now I have the best of both worlds Oyster and Jubilee.

Like a lot of others have confirmed, you can get an oyster bracelet directly from an RSC (at least in the US). I did just that about a month ago at the RSC in Beverly Hills. Walked in, waited 30min for their tech to install it and left. Plus I got to keep my jubilee without any questions. Honestly, I think a lot of ADs don’t want to deal with everyone coming in and asking for bracelets that’s why they say it can’t be done. Then there are the clueless AD who know less about the products they sell than most of us.

If you go Rolex in St. James Square in London, they will sell you a bracelet. Understand that is somewhat of a trek from Scotland.

Wondering if it was that particular AD or if that is indeed the going rate. They can order easily, but it's just pricy. Trying to determine if worth buying the new and selling this oyster bracelet (which is also new).

I don’t know about the jubilee cost, but I bought a TT oyster for my white TT DJ41 a couple of years ago and I believe that was $4k. I have several extra stainless bracelets for DJ and Subs that were $1500-$2500. All from my AD. The TT is just high.

Didn’t have to trade in jubilee thankfully as im hoping to sell it to cover the oyster cost.

Got a new bracelet recently (UK)

RSC wanted to fit it to the watch but it was to be a spare, so they said just order via AD then it can be supplied unfitted. So I did that.

I'm located in Malaysia and have been inquiring with my local RSC in regards to purchasing a separate Oyster bracelet for my 126710BLRO on Jubilee since August 2021; as of June 20 2022, the answer given from my local RSC is that it remains unavailable for order. I'll give it a try some time again in the future, hopefully they'll become available in my region soon.

I know people that get additional bracelets by sending in the watch for service bracelet-less and buying a new one fitted... It's how they got themselves extra glidelocks.

It's a shame it's like this when for Omega you can literally order in the part you want.

This is not entirely correct.

I have an Omega Speedy GMT BA that I would like to order a part for (and have my local horologist install) yet Omega (in the USA or Canada) will not supply the part; maintaining the watch needs to be sent in (and that it could be a 4-5 month turnaround).

For me I added a seamaster clasp to my 1863 just by emailing them and ordering. Recently ordered a bracelet for my snoopy. They’ll just call me to come in and pic up.

You are more fortunate than I. I've contacted both the Canadian & USA Omega service centres. They won't even sell it to my Omega trained horologist Plus there is no aftermarket replacement available for it. So, I will make due until I no longer want to make due Funny thing, when I wanted to replace the crystal on a GP I owned, like you I just emailed them directly, the replied back with the cost, I paid for it and they sent it (all from CH)

I have been asking my AD for a Jubilee bracelet for my BLNR for months...Finally when I picked up a watch last week they told me they can finally take orders. Placed last week..I think it cost about $2300..Probably will take a month or two..

Not sure it's true but the SM told me that Rolex wasn't taking orders for bracelets because they were backed up for the last year or so..Who knows but finally I was able to order.

I have the BLNR on Jubilee. I contacted RSC St James London. They requested my serial number. Confirmed they could supply an oyster in addition to the current bracelet. If they had one in stock I could reserve it and turn up with my watch and they would fit the new one. I explained that with the ongoing problems with railways I’m not sure when I could get up there. They then stated that I should go to my AD and get them to order it:-

In this instance, we would suggest making contact with your nearest Official Rolex Retailer and request that they order this bracelet on your behalf.

Exactly! I've gone to the same AD since early 2000's always bought watches from them and yet they've gone from "yes you can get a replacement bracelet £1,650 please" to "No not happening" In the space of a few weeks. PITA! right enough.

Called the RSC in NYC today, quoted the same cost. 5100 for two tone yellow gold Datejust Jubilee replacement bracelet...Yikes. I guess if I can't find in another way, gotta bite the bullet. In contrast, buying it with the Jubilee vs oyster was $650 USD more, gotta figure out how to make up that with the sale of the oyster

You can totally order a bracelet through an AD if they know what they are doing. Ive even ordered a jubilee for a 16710. Rolex sold the bracelet to me as it was a year where it was offered on both oyster and jubilee (2000).
