I believe it is customary to ask while genuflecting during the fasting period. If it’s at a boutique this doesn’t happen until after the bovine sacrifice at the Altar of Cellini. If it’s an AD, the rules are more lax, and you can do it right after the Trial of Humiliations.

It’s different, obviously, if it’s one of the hype pieces you want. Whole different set of rules.

I thought the cover charge was 2 Tudor or Omega or Other + a minimum of Lady DJ with Diamonds for each Rolex Pro model.

Makes no difference, AD is going to do whatever they want.

Picked up my DJ exactly two weeks ago yesterday; the day I picked it up the AD asked me what I wanted next. He called me yesterday morning to say the next watch I wanted (Sea Dweller) is in, and told me to decide what I want next. Every AD is a bit different, but mine at least is pretty much "pick up one, order the next that day."
