This is as far back as I can go in terms of my oldest watch - a Seiko 6138 Chrono from my highschool days. It still finds its way onto my wrists now and then.:
My last purchase was this a Longines that I found in a pawn shop last month:

Now why would you leave a Sub in a locker in a public pool?

My first watch would have been this Bradley, given to me by my parents around 1965. You can see it posing with my first Rolex, the GMT II purchased in 2000; and my most recent Rolex, the 1806 that is vintage 1965. I have come full circle.

According to my parents, I had several watches since 3 years old. Most of them were "short-life" as it is in my nature to fiddle around with the functionality of those watches, thus many of them got "worn out" quickly.
Eversince I was aware of my "wild" nature with watches, I starts to get watches with minimum functionality. That's one of the reasons how I end up with my current ... |

I remember I was 8 or 9 years old and a local Pioneer Chicken had an offer of a bucket of fried chicken and you could get a digital watch for a couple dollars. I wonder what happened to that watch? Probably in a landfill or someone's garage.

My first real watch was a Pulsar Diver Quartz, seen here w/ my fathers 60's vintage Zodiac Seawolf. I got the Pulsar when I was about 10 or 11.
My latest Rolex is the Explorer II:

The good thing is that I've gotten out some scratches using brasso...
But my mom decides that it goes very well with her rings. |

Hey! I had that same Casio data bank calculator watch (black w/black strap) when I entered high school (which means I'm probably older than you) but it wasn't my first watch. I actually still have it sans band and it still works! My first watch was some Timex digital watch that only had a light and date function when I was 6. My first cell phone was a Nokia 6160. My current phone is an iPhone 3G and watch is the same as yours, a 16613 bluesy but that's going to change this coming weekend if things go as planned...

First watch I remember was a Casio or Timex digital. Had a couple of those, lost one or two of them. First analog was a Guess! quartz chronograph, wore that one in junior high and high school. The a Fossil.
Now with a small collection including 2 Rolexes, 1 Omega, 1 Hamilton, and a lot of Seikos.

First ever watch that I can recall - Casio thin data watch (black plastic). I also wore Seiko's, Casio G Shocks and Timex Sports and Dress watches in my teenage years and in college. In 1994, bought my first Rolex, a 14060 Submariner non-date, which I still own. Can't believe that it's been 15 years since I bought my first Rolex. Collection now consists of several Rolexes (1 DJ and the rest are Professional models) and 2 Casio G Shock solar watches (mainly for working out outdoors).

In high school I had a Texas Instruments with the red digital read out, college days Timex Ironman was the thing. Post college, Casio G Shock and a Fossil Titanium all leading up to the Sub Date.
