I LOVE BEER. YES, I'M SHOUTING. I'm like Homer Simpson in that regard.

For mixed drinks, a Jack & diet Coke will be fine.

If I'm with people who can appreciate it, I like to buying a round of Absinthe at Jean Lafitte's down in New Orleans, complete with the whole ritual.

I'm with Nathan on the rum.

With the occasional sip of Embajador mezcal (with no girly salt or limon either).

I second that but with a few drops of Angostura Bitter But I like a Singapore Sling as well (In fact, I'll drink aftershave if I have to ).

Jack Daniels and ginger ale with a splash of vanilla vodka. Though lately I've begun to add that splash of vanilla vodka to everything, it really seems to go well with just about any mixed drink I like.

Has anyone ever tried the "Ono", the $10,000 signature cocktail at XS at Wynn Las Vegas?
