Polish or not?
Hi all,
I'm getting married in just over two weeks,I am going to wear my late fathers 16203 as pictured below, I had it serviced back in 2019 but insisted it wasn't polished at all as it was my dads watch and wanted to keep all the marks on it that dad had made! I was chatting to a bloke in a shop the other day who had a more modern version of the watch and naturally the watch was a lot shinier and popped more which made me think that my watch needs/deserves a bit of a polish up. Should I or Shouldn't I give it a quick polish up with something like a cape cod? nothing mad just a light rub on the gold sections for a few seconds? I dont have time to send it anywhere now or just leave it?
