I agree. That was my first watch I bought myself in residency. I ended up selling/trading it years down the road, and constantly regret it. Wished I had kept it.

I will pick up another one down the line.

Thanks. He lived a good and long life (92) and passed in his sleep, so we are blessed.

I was SO touched by your actions and case back engraving that I just reached out to my AD to see if they’d do the same but add “i’ll see you on the other side Mom”. Hence my daughter would inherit the watch…and I wouldn’t be tempted to sell the Rolex w/this crazy hype going on. Lol

The Apollo 8 already comes engraved. Still a great way to remember one by. Definitely my fav speedy.
