I doubt anyone anywhere notices, much less judges, what you wear. Who gives a damn, anyhow?

I wear mine (114060) daily and it's the only one at the office. No one notices and if so no one makes mention. Like many have said, I also bought the watch to wear and enjoy.

I think it depends on the watch. I have 3 Rolexes, a sub nd, a dj41 and a sd43. I don't think anyone notices the dj41 or sub as many watches copy this look. I don't where the sd43 as it shows as I wear a scrub top most days. If they were gold colored I would not wear them.

I also wear my breitlings and very few notice or say anything. I think my staff notice more. ( I am their boss)

Wear SubC date or Omega smpC to work every day for years. Short sleeves, long sleeves. No one has ever said a single word about either of them.

Don’t put in on the winder, that’s taking the life out of your watch. Just wear it !

I have worn my 16710BLNR nearly daily since I got it. Also acquired a 118206 that has taken over that roll. Work, meetings, dress up, dress down, Bar-B-Q's, driving, beach, doing the dishes, laundry, and even yelling at random kids to get the hell off my lawn! LOL

I also like wearing the DD and driving the Merdedes in a T-shirt, jeans and flip-flops like I dont care. I guess thats my look?

These things are tough and built for the long haul. I see no reason to baby them.

I wear a watch to work everyday regardless of how expensive they are or what other people might think.

I try to point out my rolex whenever possible at work. "oh Hey Kate, did you see my brand new rolex." Especially effective when they are not into watches and may already think you make too much.

Really, it's the same as the eye's glazing over if I mention I'm into straight razors, experiencing a nice shave with an old school recipe shaving soap...see, your already bored...same as with watches....

Love it! When I grow uo I want to be just like you. So, I'm not the only one who takes great pleasure in annoying / disturbing others... Kind of my passtime. Well, I guess Im not alone.

I used to wear a brand new £23k yellow gold Day-Date every day to a job that didn’t even pay that in a year. Sure it got looks, people talked about it, it also got scratched up, but I didn’t care. The pleasure of wearing it outweighed everything else. I’m sure it didn’t help me in terms of career progression and what management thought of me. But hey, you only live once. Wear what you want. I now wear a sunburst blue TT2017 Submariner in the same job. Slightly more subtle but unfortunately colleagues still stare and I still don’t care.

The Daytona is my first Rolex, but have Omega, Tag, Longines, and a nice old Seiko 7T59, not one has ever been mentioned, let alone noticed my watch, except the Seiko once 10 years ago...one guy at the office liked Seiko's.

Never been my experience that anyone notices your watch unless they are an enthusiast as well...my wife doesn't get the Daytona, says it looks basically the same as the Seiko and the Speedy...just shakes her head, "Whatever...."?!

I have a 4 digit DJ from my birth yr I wear everyday. My boss is not a watch person and I would not care if he was. My DJ is usually hidden under the cuff of my shirt.

Why buy if you are not going to wear??

Not yet because I don't own one, but soon I will join those of you whose Rolexes adorn their arms. I can't wait. It will be my first Rolex purchase and man I can't wait.

I have a colleague of mine who has one.
No one noticed for 5 years while he worked there. I have now worked with him for 3 years and just noticed like 5 months ago he sports a Oyster Perpetual SS BD.

Not everyone notices.

My daily is an Exp II Polar on Nato. Very versatile and flies under the radar.
