I guess that I should feel lucky that I have an 8 in my 420 serial number...

ok pushing hard for it! as the saying goes "no harm trying" right?

look at Kevin, if he don't hassle the sales person he may end up waiting another month.

How should I hassle? By what mean? I am willing to pay consultancy fees to learn?

I have adopted the "no harm trying" many times and I ended up being "harmed".

Alan,

Is that with serial 28/30?

I am waiting for calls from my in-laws back in Sydney that a lottery man knocks on my door. At the time, it will be mine!!!

All the best on your sourcing of the 420. Once you get yours, you should organise a gathering for all of us so that we can wear all of our 420s together. That will be interesting.

Anthony

Anthony, your request is so special and near impossible to achieve. You could have gotten another model and attain the near impossible piece (at present moment). I would have agreed to this deal provided the boutique bring out the near impossible watch piece on the spot, otherwise you end up getting played out by the sales person if this deal does not come true.

You get harmed becoz you put too much heart into it. When expectations are high, the disappointment is even higher.

The 348 is really a very special piece and you can observe the tourbillon cage turning on both sides of the watch. Am surprised it is not sold yet.

Alan, if I had the 348 on my wrist I'd be tempted just to run out of the door...

Great pics Lee, also really like your customized holders. So what are you thinking Togo into the three empty slots?

got space for 1 x 367, the other 2 slots for unexpected chinese editions (hahahaha).

now that one SE box can hold 6 watches and i've got additional trays, it's gonna be fun putting them PAMs altogether.

It's interesting that on the Boutique RAD, PAM didn't go with the gold hands.
Nice piece! I like that dial on a Rad!

Great piece - silly question, does the 420 (or all luminor marina editions) use the 1950 case....i thought no, but some pictures make it look like it does? I know some like the 406 clearly do.

Thanks,
Josh

Josh, I think you are referring to the various 10 day PR model which comes in the 1950 case. The PAM 411 - 420 (various different boutique editions with submarine pig on the dial) is luminor encased.

A side by side pic for comparison.

That answers it - thanks gang. It was hard to tell (for me) if the pig dials had the 1950 case. I knew the 10day PR models did. Im expecting the 416 later this month and wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting!
