I'd go with the day-date. Also, you already have the Pt Daytona.
On the day-date I'd suggest going without the diamonds in the
masterpiece bracelet; they don't improve the look of the watch,
IMHO.

Best regards,

J

As a regular wearer, the Daytona. As an 'occasion' watch, the DD - I think the diamond-set bracelet might be a bit impractical for daily wear.

Have you considered this day date if they still make it?

I always figured people just think those models are fake, even if they aren't.

Both will drop like a bowling ball from the Eiffel Tower but the Daytona to a smaller extent.

Bling is not about resale, it's about the bling bling.

If you like them and can afford the loss, buy which one does it for you.

I threw up in my mouth when I saw those. You are trying to show the world you have Money. If that's your goal and you want investments that will increase in value then buy a Daytona Ferrari or a Dino instead. Older Ferrari's are an investment and hot in the auction world, watches like a Patek can be an investment. The watches you are showing here are money pits and not investments. But if it's Bling you want and don't care what you spend your money on the Daytona would be my choice. Judging by your avatar Icon you picked the other.

DayDate. The Daytona has lost functionality, just as some of the blinged out GMTs do. I know it's hardly the point, but it would bother me.

There is no way I could pull off either. I like the look of the Daytona due to the bracelet.
