Beautiful pictures. :-)

Thanks for posting a pic of that giant lure. Now I know what I want to get my brother for his birthday. Will go great in his bar.

Is that the one in the Siam Square area?

I was going to write something slightly negative, but it appears to be an actual Rolex AD according to Rolex. I would rather go to the one in Siam Paragon, very upscale and the owner is really nice. Best prices in Bangkok that I know of.

Yes, from what I understand it's an actual Rolex AD, A "Mom and Pop" business...? Haven't caught it at it's open hours yet.

Siam square indeed.

The Paragon shops look quite intimidating to be honest. (Been inside a few of them)

Great pics!

This picture reminds me of the Sesame Street ditty:

One of these things is not like the others.
One of these things doesn't belong.

Can you tell which thing is not like the others?
Can you tell me which thing before I finish my song,
before I finish my song?

The Siam shop is great. I am by no means a rich man, but walking in there, the staff gave me all the consideration and help I could possibly ask for. Really great attitude and customer service. I know the owner and he's a really nice, down to earth guy. He owns the shop in Emporium as well. I was looking at a Sub not date and the Siam Paragon store was 25,000B cheaper than all the rest. I would go there just for the exceptional customer service.

Singapore pics.

Singapore really is an amazing place. It's like a sort of Disneyland for adults. However it's not as shiny and clean as "they" say as soon as you're of Orchard road, it gets more "normal". Even witnessed a drunk man fighting with a bouncer and all others within his reach. Police arrived, but just drove on....

If you haven't been to Singapore you'll be surprised at how expensive everything is! A can of beer is around 4 SGD at 7-Eleven! At restaurants it's easy 20 SGD (15USD). A bottle of wine in a store is easily 50 SGD! This is a simple wine of around 7-8 euro back home.

If you eat at Hawker centers you'll get great food for change. Had Hawker lunch everyday and man was it good! Around 2 euro/ portion.

Going out to Sentosa Island

Home to many attractions, among them Universal Studios.

The Amazing Marina Bay!

Singapore Flyer (did not go up in it as I have a slight case of Vertigo!)

Downtown

ChinaTown

Hawker food. This is Chicken Rise, Singapore's "national dish". Soon Good!

More pics

National Museum very interesting.

Shopping centers are everywhere! Prices aren't cheap. A Tommy Polo shirt around 100 Euro!

Clark Quay, a cluster of restaurants and bars

Saw the night Safari. That was cool!

Chilling with beer buckets on Sentosa beach.

The harbor is the biggest I've seen.

Singapore F1 track!

More food!

The amazing Raffles!!!

And Yes I did try the Singapore Sling at Raffles Long Bar!

Sir Raffles was unfortunately covered up.

A bit of contrast

Typical Hawker food market

A little food again.

Nice watches at the Airport.

And off to Phuket Thailand!
