I wouldn't worry so much about the dial color but if you have a watch on a strap, I would make sure the strap matches the shoes and belt (in tone, not exact color) or complimentary contrasting colors.

I wear a variety of suit colors and styles to work and the most compliments I receive from co-workers and customers regarding my clothing is when I wear my medium blue suit with a medium brown pair of shoes.

My SubC is worn with everything.
