I didn't want to have to fuss with changing buckles from strap to strap... I know ... I'm lazy

The buckle was $240.00 and believe the officine panerai rubber strap was $300.00.

Here are a couple of pics with the rubber and the standard assolutamente calf skin Sent from my SM-G935W8 using Tapatalk
Man that is a sweet watch. Looks great both ways but I think I lean towards the calf skin with that blue dial. Really nice!

You weren't kidding about the cost! Wow

Nope not for me , the only reason I used one before was the dssd felt like a ocean liner bobbing about on my wrist , the Rolex ss watches look better on the bracelets in my eyes ( something to do with £illions spent on R&D) the tudors options look good though

What are the reasons for preferring a tang buckle to the glidelock?

Just curious.

Easier to swap out without the fuss of changing out the clasp...and with the tang you don’t beat up your glidelock.

I heard back from Everest today, they hope to have a SD43 strap released by the end of the year and there will be a tang buckle option...just wanted to let folks know!

Great news about the Everest strap being released later this year. I prefer it over Rubber B for the sd4k as the rubber is more comfortable in my opinion. Thanks for sharing.
