Nuts especially when the demand for this one has apparently been quite lukewarm. A few ADs I've spoken to told me they didn't have much demand, my regular AD even told me a few days after the announcement they had no expressions of interest.

I'm sure that a couple will see the price and then are suddenly "interested", and thus how a vicious cycle begins.

This watch does absolutely nothing for me. It is monotone and boring. I do like the Glidelock upgrade, that is the only minor point that would make the 116519LN the perfect one Rolex for me.

It will still sell at 25K over. The market is completely irrational when comes to new Rolex models. You can put any price on it and it will sell.

In general, I guess I am not understanding the immediate pushback on OF (not worth the $) and PM (not SS) from some of the same posters have paid twice retail for a BLRO. I honestly am not criticizing, I am trying to understand.

Rubber is actually my favorite strap material. Most comfortable, very durable and relatively cheap to replace. I also think they look better than bracelets on any of the the above mentioned designs. I'm glad rolex has gotten into factory rubber straps.

If only they would sell them more liberally. I managed to get hold of some and fit to my 116500ln and it looked amazing. To get to that stage was a PIA as RSC refused to sell directly because my model wasn't sold with them in the first place.
