Could it be that many other people have the same issue as myself, hence less sales? |

Do you think Rolex sells more SS or TT models? Where do you read into this that asks what YOUR opinion is as to what YOUR preferences are. If you have information that would be useful in answering the question, great..but if not, your dislike of YG or TT or what ever you posted doesn't help answer the OP or enlighten the forum, only add to you post total. Sorry if I am being harsh but this seens to be a growing issue and I have felt the need to say something for a while. Didn't mean to hijack the Op's thread.

Yellow gold is becoming an outdated style, in my honest opinion.

X2=Do you people who post such dribble ever READ the questions asked or just feel compelled to vomit out an opinion on what ever you want regardless of what the question is?

I reckon that the SS sports models probably easily outsell the TT versions - certainly the Subs, but the DJs seem more popular in TT .

FWIW, I love gold, and for those who care what other people say to wear, it's on it's way back "in." Just picked up a DD today. Not too shabby.

"definitely out sells" and "definitely more popular" hyperbolic conjecture IMHO

I like both!! An all steel model though is more suitable for everyday tasks and doesn't scream it is a Rolex as much (well the GMT-IIc does a bit). Still i wouldn't mind a blue Sub at all!!

david, i think you are being overly harsh... when have you ever seen a thread on track for long? if its not going off at a tangent it gets hijacked soon after... but thats what makes this place what it is... i love it...
also i think you need to appreciate that english is not always the first language of some of the forum members here... including me... the way someone reads a post can differ... have a good day...

Who would have thunk that talking about politics would be safer than discussing the world shattering topic of which sells better TT or SS. Finally, ask an unanswerable question, expect answers loaded with opinions.

Not intending to be harsh my friend but in fact the opposite. I believe it's the lack of etiquette among some posters who are to harsh. Look, I have no issues with a post going off topic. People do this all the time and I am fine with it. It's all the negative comments some people like to throw out that wears thin after a while. I also understand that there are many non English as a first language members here who could believe a post might be asking something different and answer as such. No issues there either. My main gripe boils down to those who like to offer up their negative opinions on any subject just because they can. I was taught "If you can't say anything nice, say nothing." Why post "I think YG is ugly" when many members have a YG watch? It's rude and offensive. I don't have an issue with giving an opinion if asked in a post such as "What does everyone think of YG", and you don't like it, show a little tact and give a response like," I prefer X or Y and not be rude in your reply. That's all, enough said.
