I've heard of them. The store smells like tuna and they serve you crab chips while you wait. Should we call this the "two boob thread" ? |

Hi Jen,
Found this on the net while doing research for you. My wife was giving me a funny look when she saw me looking at half naked girls but I told her I was helping out a forum friend with a problem. No need to thank me, I was happy to help. Do you need me to check on thongs for you..Please!!! Article I found: Are you wearing the right size? Almost 8 in 10 women are wearing the wrong size- you may be one of them. Why? Your body changes over time, and your fit will change year to year as you lose or gain weight, exercise more or less, and so on. If you are experiencing discomfort, spillage over your cups or back strap, tight straps, or a gap between your cups, you are most likely wearing the wrong size. Measuring yourself for a bra is an art, not a science Our fit guide can provide you with a good starting point. If you're not sure what size you wear, or fall between two sizes, you may want to try several sizes and styles as a starting point. Getting Started It's best to measure when you are wearing your most comfortable bra - one that has no padding and is not a minimizer. STEP 1: BAND SIZE Measure under your arms, high on your back, across the top of your chest. If this measurement is an even number, this is your band size. If an odd number, add 1" to determine your band size. STEP 2: CUP SIZE Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. Next, subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement; each inch represents a cup size. For example: if your band measurement is 34" and your bust measurement is 36", the difference between these measurements is two inches, and you'd wear a B-cup.

Hey ladies, really late to this one by the looks of things.
I'm gonna be serious for once.. When we got married, Claire's wedding dress was strapless so she would need a strapless bra. After faffing about with a few off the shelf bras, we went and had her measured properly for one. Claire couldn't believe that she had been wearing the wrong size for years and years. The sales lady told her that something like 80% of women were the wrong bra size and it can cause all sorts of problems. Since then, Claire has always been "fit" for a bra. If you ever get a chance to come to London, go and see Rigby and Peller, their service is second to none. J |

Rosemary found the same. Trouble is finding these places who have the staff that know what they are talking about. Most of the older style department stores where this used to be done are disappearing

Jen, I know you are much younger than the average Floridian female but my buddy who worked as a rep for bra company for many years told me the number one selling size down there is a 42 long.
