Anyone have a prediction on whether the votes would be the same for the blue / black / and white Datejust 2's?

Me too. Lots of love for blue dials, but just not my thing. I also prefer TT cause to me it works both with jeans or a suit. But I seem to be in the minority. Story of my life

Today at my AD I tried on both full YG/black dial and RG/white dial with brown leather deployment clasp. Both were awsome. I didn't pull the trigger as I want SS with any dial.

I've stated this a few times now on different threads but I'll reiterate it again.
When Rolex introduced the white OP 39 last year everyone said how it was the best dial ever and it suddenly became the watch of choice in the range for reasons we're all aware of.
So when the blue SkyD is given all the plaudits i would just like to remind everyone that there isn't just a passing resemblance between the two dials

White and black dials will always be classic. Blue however will remain interesting and desirable. Especially since they have been and will remain hard to get.

I think you've hit the nail on the head. Interestingly, the latest incarnation of the Seamaster in blue was seen as the colour to have until Omega launched their white dial version and now suddenly that has become the go-to dial.

Prefer bracelet over leather on the Sky Dweller - But love the size of them.

Voted Blue for the SS Model

Voting for Blue was an easy choice for me.
Blue dial for Rolex looks best on Sky-Dweller.

Which Sky Dweller color will stand the test of time?

I really like the blue because it matches my eyes and most of my wardrobe, but I guess it’s not for everyone.

The white dial is beautiful as it changes with the light and very versatile.

If I had to choose one, I would choose blue.

But I’m actually planning to add more SkyDwellers to my collection, it’s just an awesome watch, the size, the functionality, it suits me perfect.

I think the white dial is so underrated! Check out my YouTube review of the Sky-Dweller. Let me know what you think.

After seeing them all side by side, I knew that I had to get the white. It's classic, timeless, and I love how the dial color changes depending on the angle of view. It's a keeper. The two tone white is also great, sometimes I wonder if I should have scratched my TT itch that way... I'd love to get the Roman numeral dial, not sure if that's possible...

They’re all nice. I wanted blue and was offered black. Went for it and think I made a good decision ..
And then for blue chose this ...
All good.
