Hi Jen, Women definately do not have same equality as men when it comes to certain anatomical features and vise versa! you have all the right in the world to buy what ever watch you like and in no way any woman is inferior to a man. All I am saying is that certain things look better on men and certain things suit women more.

Seadweller for a Woman
Hi Marc woman spotted with an SD is so cool. You mentioned your wife's height and weight. No worries about that cos I'm only 5'2" and weigh 46kg. I wear SDs and submariners and felt really good about it. First of all, it's good investment buying an SD than those Rolex ladies' date-just, etc. Secondly, these days women don't really go for smaller watches anymore. An SD gives a woman a unique character and confidence. No need to think further...go buy the SD for your wife. You'll never regret this!!!!
Aside to your wife, enjoy the wearing the watch!!! |

I'd like to add my here if I may.. I agree with the better half
of people.. I think a woman looks great sporting the sport model rolexes while other women look great wearing the ladies models as well.. So to all female member wearing your dwellers and subs, congrats.. be proud of what you have & dont let anyone else tell you otherwise.. |

Good to have some diversity. Confident women can wear anything in my opinion

My wife has her own collection of ladies Rolexs, but is welcome to wear my watches (I just have to remove 3 links). She prefers the Sub VS the SD due to the slight difference in weight. Here is a pic for reference. [IMG][/IMG] I think it looks good on her & I'm sure the SD will look just as good (if not better) on your wife. My wife is 5'1" & 118 lbs. She is short, but the size of the watch suits her just fine. It may be a fad, but more & more ladies are wearing men's watches these days. |
