It would be odd if they re-released the LV with green dial and the steel bezel daytona though.

In March? While W&W is in April? That is a bit weird! Wouldn’t say impossible, but unlikely. And that makes rest of claims illegitimate. 41 mm Sub? Close to SD 43 mm? And just two years after nee Sub was introduced? Chance info is real is slim!

What you talking about - new sub is already 41mm

What relevance does the 43mm SD have in all this?

Watches and Wonders starts March 30. And it’ll be assumed that Rolex will release the first or second day of event.

Think logically on “new hulk” guys…..

It would share the ref number of the new cermit/Starbucks … where would that go? Surely a hulk and cermit/Starbucks can’t share the same reference number?

They might bring it back in precious metal, but I don’t see it coming back in steel.

Yes I'd say if the Hulk is coming back it may be in white gold or platinum. Steel Hulk prices will go through the roof it that happens.

I’ll remind everyone that 12 months ago people were absolutely convinced the Explorer 2 would have a ceramic bezel. It was basically guaranteed because of people “in the know”. Truth is, nobody knows. These are guesses and nothing more

Those shots are stolen from a Hodinkee wishlist article.

I was going to say exactly that. That's what makes this whole thing unbelievable to me. The gold explorer shots are just copied from that Hodinkee wish list article. https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/we...ir-ideal-watch

Then folks jumped on Youtube and are now printing money off the views.

The reality is that as long as there are supply chain issues, it's easier for Rolex to make the Cermit because it's the same dial as the regular sub, right? It's a whole part they don't have to make separately.

These threads always make me laugh every year.

No matter how adamant people are that these are either gospel truth or Photoshop fakes, the fact is that no-one outside of Rolex knows for sure.

All we can say is that Rolex don't care about what new models do to the prices/desirability of previous models, so a new "Hulk" (and I hate to use a nickname but I don't know what the reference would be!) is absolutely conceivable.

After all, Rolex were quite happy to reintroduce the Oyster bracelet on the BLNR despite it being a differentiator between the 116710BLNR and the 126710BLNR, and create a 'new' Explorer II that was basically exactly the same as the old one. At the end of the day whatever Rolex produce, every single model they make will sell 1000 times over.

Maybe they've found that tin of green paint they've been looking for since the 12 series launched?

I hope they find the blue tin soon as well.

I guys, I'am new member here and I'am from France.

The situation in France an Europe is the same: no watchs around, a tought prices on the grey market.

I got a Hulk and a batgirl.

My reflexion before that rumor was: as rolex did with the BLNR: an up grade, they'll probably do the same with the Hulk, in a way to countain the price on the grey market.

We will see, but it doesn't look silly in my opinion.

I think the GMT is the last squared case, it needs to be updated first ...

Everyone has seen the full gold hulk mock ups, it’s called photoshop! Paul Thorpe is just using clickbait for his monetized YouTube channel. Only Rolex knows what they have up their sleeves..

See, here's the thing. For most of us, well let's say "mature" individuals (lol), we were brought up in a time where if you shot your mouth off (especially in public to a large audience) and you were proven wrong, your reputation was one of being a liar, never to be taken seriously again.

There's a new game in town these days, though. It's called YouTube.

Absolutely, last year's wrong predictions have been forgotten already. Nobody saw the 36mm explorer coming, or the two tone and everyone was adament the Exp 2 would be ceramic for the 50th anniversary.

I'm pretty sure a coke GMT was predicted last year.

Exactly, very aptly put! Best post in this thread so far! Nobody outside of Rolex knows what Rolex are going to do, and it's just typical YouTube waste of time click-baiting, imo.

May be the green Sub for WG not SS.

RG Day-Date blue dial to replace discontinued olive dial.

I would love to see GMT coke.

That RG Sub would be great. I think we’re more likely to get something really crappy like a TT Explorer 2.

sadly i can say this is FAKE.... including the RG submariner with blue dial. Look at the bottom where it describes the model. the word "18 KT" is separateed where the KT portion is on the next line. rolex would never do that. just doesnt read right. look at all other pages and its always next to the 18. that tells me someone inserted the word "submariner" on their recreated page, and it moved the KT to the next line and they didnt notice. too bad too sad. these are all fake. the fact that the hulk is back (with a mismatched dial and bezel) WHILE the cermit is still new and an old style daytona is illogical, not only in a rolex thinking sense, but also in general logic. Also, RG sub in blue AND a YG sub in blue ouit during the same time? THis photoshopper doesnt know the brand well enough. Couldve done a much better job making better decisions to make this more believable if say there was a rendering of the all black GMT, or a white gold Coke or YG hulk BUT thats already been done.

FYI i am referring to the original leaked images on reddit. here is a close up of the RG submariner https://preview.redd.it/c5vcyz5p2cb8...=webp&f01844c9
