The 500 is so hyped that it lends a certain perception when seen on the wrist, which is not completely positive. Whereas a 16520 is a real flex.

Really appreciate all the feedback. I decided to keep the Zenith. I'll get a used 116500.

How can a 116500 be NOS (New Old Stock), it's current production? Anyway, I would take the NOS 16520 in a heartbeat.

Are you going to actually wear the 116500? If so, I’d also bail on the 16520. You’re not wearing it and wearing it would not make it NOS. But you’re also not enjoying ownership either. These things are meant to wear.
If you’re going to get the 116500 and not wear it like the Zenith, then the obvious choice is to keep the Zenith. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I've listed it for sale here:
https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?p=12062331 No idea what it is worth so I will keep reducing the price until sold. |

I'm not a Daytona fan but I know enough to pick the Zenith.

I have used versions of both. If I had to, I’d choose the ceramic over the Zenith.
That said a NOS 16520 vs a new 116500LN is a no brainer. The Zenith every time. |

She is now down to £39,500. Will be reduced every day until swapped or sold :)
