I also find this RSC rep unacceptable, how could he not have spat on it first before trying with his fingernail? Spit should always be used first in situations like this!

Seriously, the real question is : did the fingernail scratch the watch ? If not (and I seriously doubt regarding the hardness of the two "materials", no worry.

I’m sorry but, this isn’t something you “went through” like a rape or home invasion. This is a guy touching your watch with a fingernail. And besides that, I can’t even imagine going to a service place because something is on my lug. This post is all kinds of silly.
