My jeweler is working hard to resolve this matter.
Here are the newly installed dials. They look a lot nicer than the pic shows. The 26mm still has some peeling on the second hand so the jeweler is going to replace it also. |

are you Ghandi? OP, You are by far, the most patient person I have ever come across on this forum in my 11 years here
I cannot fathom lending these people this much time and hard earned money for what you received |

That is an astute observation. I could use some of her patience…. Looks like it might turn out Ok after all. I hope the jeweler gives her a gift, or something, to reward her for her faith and trust. Kat Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Thank you for your kind words. I’m truly hoping my patience pays off. Since they wouldn’t offer me a refund, I didn’t really have a choice, unless I wanted to be stuck with what they originally sold me. Which I couldn’t accept. Especially since we paid a premium for these used watches. We could have purchased new ones (without the diamonds, of course) with the amount of money that we paid for these watches. In hindsight, that is what we should have done. Purchased new ones that were just basic entry level Rolex’s, from an authorized Retailer, that had the paperwork from Rolex guaranteeing their authenticity. Hindsight is 20/20. Thank you for your kind words, and your time responding to my post. |

Thank you for your kind words and your time responding to my post. I think I will pitch the “gift from jeweler for my patience” suggestion to my jeweler. I like it. I think you are right. 😉 😂
