Strange how all these Pepsis showing up on forum considering they’re struggling to make them and there’s a massive shortage - as for Daytona , ask you have nothing to lose .. life’s way too short for regrets or not living life to the full ..

Without even reading his post, I can answer that. Of course you should ask. Worst case scenario, they say “No”. Then go ask another AD.

So based on a significant amount of people telling me that it might be safer to ask later, I think I will enjoy the watch I got and maybe hint at wanting a daytona in 6-12 months +/-. The unfortunate truth of wanting hyped pieces XD!!!!

Never too early. In my experience, tell them what you want and stay on it. They will know your intent is true and they'll work for you on that piece.

Good, you’re listening to the people with manners. Joking! But 6-12 months?! That’s too long. 1-2 months is plenty of time on the sidelines. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

There is no harm in asking but I honestly think you would be laughed out of the shop. The watch you have just bought there wes 100's of other people who also would have bought that watch so my thinking is why would they want to allocate you a SS Daytona. I got one in 2018 but with a history of buying a few watches in a short space of time but it was a different world back then to what it is now, if I was looking for one now I would think the chances would be slim to none unless you have a serious spend instore.
