Oh man.. this one's tough! If I had to choose from my collection, it would either be the 16710 or my polar 16570.

Funny things is though, when I was a kid, all I wanted and could dream about was a 5 digit sub date. Well... I got one years later. Then an LV shortly thereafter. Thought I was done! Then I found a NOS 16710 coke... Z serial from 07' (stick dial) and absolutely fell in love.

I think the 16700 GMT and 16710 GMT II are phenomenal value as essentially they are 6 watches in one - you can go jubilee or oyster, and then get the 3 inserts (coke, black and pepsi). Fantastic!

In recent years though, I've also grown to absolutely adore the 16570 polar dial EXP II. Honestly it's funny because I used to hate this reference! thought it was the most "UN-rolex" looking Rolex. lol. Oh how things change.

Long rant, but between those two for sure! Sorry subs! ;)

Got to be my Submariner. Got it from my parents. Holds sentimental value.

If we're talking about all of Rolex's catalogue, vintage and modern, I would say my all time favourite and the most beautiful watch ever created is a 4 digit Daytonas. A 6263 is to die for

that pretty much rules out a lot of rolex models for you. the hands and indices are all made of gold..

My favorite is the Le Mans Daytona. Unlikely i will ever get one so from what i own currently, its the black ceramic Daytona that is my go to.

My 36mm White dial, Roman on oyster on my 7 1/2 inch wrist. Gets the most wrist time out of my collection. Love the simplicity and comfort. Purchased from a AD in 1998.
