So let me get this straight. Rubbing the sheep makes the electricity to run the TRF servers?

Its going real well Paul! So far no real urges, just shadows of memories of routines :-) I've altered my routines to take the possible urge out of the picture, one thing I love doing is making my job the easiest thing in the world :-) same applies for throwing out the smokes.

The best news is my long term migraines have started to subside, I had never given up in the past to even humor the chance that they were caused as a side effect of smoking. all win situation :-)

Now where is that coffee not giving that up hahahahha.
