DSSD case subtlety

Any other DeepSea owners notice the slightly angled case sides? I always assumed the case sides were perpendicular to the back, but are infact slightly angled.

Learn something new everyday on here! :)

Never noticed that will be sure to take a look next time I wear it.

Great photo also!

Still in love after 4 years

This watch is just an engineering marvel. It looks big, feels big, wears big, and performs big. That's why I still enjoy wearing this beast on my little wrist.

I've had a SS Daytona D-White, TT Daytona D-Black, TT Submariner D-Blue, Milgauss GV.

The DSSD is in a LEAGUE of it's own. The size, presence on wrist, impeccable construction, extremely beautiful aesthetics (from far away, it looks like a jewel on the wrist), makes this watch one of the rare gems of the Swiss Mechanical World. Let's not forget it can down to the Marianas Trench!!!!

KICKASS

Finally, I found a home... My everyday watch and IMO, what a sports watch should be period. The DSSD is what finally made me buy a Rolex, Now, I have several, but still my Deep Sea is my go to time piece. I never leave the house without my DSSD, wallet, iPhone, pistol and pocket knife. I am glad there are many out there that understand and appreciate it for what it is.

Actually it can only go to the bottom of the Marianas Trench inside a submarine

Wow, that looks amazing! May I ask where did you find the end links and strap? I haven't been so lucky in finding the end links.

fantastic pictures .... although my Rolex collection has grown over the past few years' my DSSD was my first and still remains my most impressive piece!
BIG RESPECT to those who wear one (the men and women who have the confidence to pull it off in response to the few who weaken and complain that it wears slightly bigger than the norm!)

we who wear DEEP ...are not SHEEP
