Honda's free kick right before that, was going in too! That was a fantastic free kick!
Lukaku letting that ball go past him was magic. What an amazing player.

What an amazing come back and respect to Martinez for the subs. They said only Germany has ever come back in the 1970 World Cup against England @ 0-2 down.

Oh man I was right, they literally did crush them.

But what a sensational game and De Bruyne and Lukaku had poor games but stepped up when it mattered most at the very end.

Exactly! The focus to have that composure and awareness in the LAST second of the game.....absolutely unbelievable.

WHAT A GAME! I'm sad for Japan, to be honest. They played hard and well, I thought. Belgium obviously more talented. Could've easily gone to extra time.

Yeah, they shamed the game and themselves last time and redeemed themselves but clearly the football Gods did not forgive.

So, the winner of the next round plays the US for the championship?

owh, wait, let me see if I can remember something... errrr uhmmmm, oh, yeah, right here:

That was really a clean knee from behind, clear onto the ball no real intention to take Neymar out of the game, no sir. Much less break his vertebra...

Oh, wait the team was from what country, really...

oh, never mind. Neymar was just doing his usual theatrics.

The Americanism that most annoys me is when people refer to a single final as finals, even Federer does it about tennis, it is only Basketball and Baseball etc that have a final series so finals is OK, no one says we hope to make it to the Superbowls.

Yeah, that's the only thing this WC is missing, a stirring anthem. Can't beat Turandot and Pavarotti, altho Tchaikovsky has some banging tunes.

Please, Neymar was seen six days after that incident with a hooker out on the boulevard. I'm not insulting your country (If Brazil is your country) and I never insulted Neymar, now I will.

He is a drama queen and a piece of you know what.

You can defend him all you want and that is your right. But when Zúñiga did him dirty, more Colombians crucified him than praised him.

You on the other hand choose to glorify one of the most pathetic and disgusting (from a fair play standpoint) players Brazil has ever produced. Talented? Heck yeah. But he'll never be the kind of fantastic human being other players are.

If that's what you want as the face of the beautiful and amazing futbol beautiful Brazil has produced, so be it.

I'm glad you took the time to look at my bio, find out where I'm from so you could have something to pick on.

Bye bye.

You’ve seriously got to just go to google and type in ‘Neymar fake’ or ‘Neymar injury’. All these guys claiming he doesn’t make Brazil football look bad are smoking something good. The only way you could say that is if Twitter and google are blocked in their respective countries, because he’s the laughing stock of the Internet right now. There’s countless websites, reporters, sports gurus, etc all saying the same thing. He’s a literal embarrassment to the game.

and if that guy would have done some real digging, he would of came up with something out of that crime ridden home you call New Jersey! Haha, I see you changed your location after we kept getting so confused.

Neymar for next game:

Haha this gem from BBC had me cracking up:

‘Neymar claims Layun stood on his ankle on the touchline.

But his reaction was "as if there were invisible crocodiles surrounding the edge of the pitch"’

I think this is what happens when there aren't any more matches for the day. I honestly do not know what will be of me after July 15

The guy gets hunted in the field. He's always the one who gets most fouls. Sometimes, things get serious like this, so its not always without reason.

Yeah if I was Neymar I'd try to get as many people sent off as possible, they are ruining the game by trying to unlawfully stop great players from performing and all true sports fans should be on his side, not on the thugs side and victim blaming.

I agree with others that sometimes he's immature, but he's the one who often gets the worst fouls.

So all the sports announcers, coaches and other players who say his antics are ridiculous, aren’t true sports fans? Got it.

And I said it before, and will say it again. I think the way he’s acting is resulting in MORE fouls getting through and LESS players getting sent off.

I can’t stand the guy, but absolutely, without a doubt, I think any real foul should be punished. But seriously? Last game he did legitimately 4 1/2 rolls, when the defender kicked the ball and not even him. I’ve seen motorcycle crashes and the guy rolls less than Neymar did. Or did I miss something and Neymar runs at 200mph?
