So anyone want to give a clue as to how often this happens; is it an annual thing, or more frequent?

I am not sure if there is any set schedule for these giveaways to happen. However, for this past giveaway, pledge members were given advance notice.

The winner has not been announced. Perhaps mid August (the 16th I think) there will be a drawing at a GTG in New Jersey.
