I dont care how much money these guys have...buying a 7 year old child a $20k watch is ridiculous...I dont care what anyone says...he's probably just learning how to tell time in school and hes learning on a solid gold watch...hmm....a bit much i'd say...

No beer summit invite for you.
Yep, read it all, and you seem to be the only one pressing. Others probably realized the irony in their judgmental comments and decided to retreat, but you just keep on pressing.
Let's see if you can let it go now....
Happy New Year

Happy New Year

You fail to see the irony in your comments.
Truly funny.
Thanks for the sarcastic well wishes.
I would have that hostility checked if you get a chance.

Don't worry, not about letting it go, just ignoring you going forward.
Congrats!
First on my ignore list.

Well, my generation and the ones before me manage to do a pretty good job creating the greatest country in the history of the earth. But other than that ...........

I'm not going to get in the debate over giving children Rolex watches, but what I can say in the rapper Fabulous' defense is that I read over the Christmas Holidays he helped out 100 single moms and famiies in his hometown of Atlanta, by taking them Christmas shopping at WalMart...pretty cool for a guy that people are second guessing his actions.

Good for him! Always glad to hear about rags to riches stories that give back to the community.

Fabulous has been a fashion tastemaker for nearly two decades now. People from Nike to Neiman Marcus watch and consult with him. The watch does look pretty clean on the kid, hopefully he won't get beat up in school for it.

Meek on the other hand got some weak aftermarket stuff.....

I just looked up his net worth, 8 million is not alot. He's doing more harm than good in my oppinion. Meek should increase his net worth to be able to follow through and provide his children with the future and expectations he's setting them up for.

There are many lotto winners who up broke why do you think that is?

The relative easy liquidity a Rolex timepiece provides I doubt will affect his portfolio in a negative way. There are a lot of other luxuries someone can waste money on, I for one do not think a Rolex can be lumped into that same category, so in my opinion good for him and good for his kids his success has earned him that rite.

Brett,
Couldn't agree with you more.

It invariably fascinates me how generally speaking, it's the folks who are most easily offended that are the ones that fail to see their own offensiveness and disrespect towards others.

I guess nobody read us, Headshrinker! Too much fighting over the word 'Rollie'.

Bwahahaha, I couldn't let this one go.....the current baby boomer generation is the worst generation in the history of the U.S. With the poor state of politics, economics, morality, and ethics in this country all having come under disarray under their leadership they should be ashamed.

I agree with that. However there is no doubt the millennial generation will outdo them as the most self consumed spoiled generation ever. I know that's seems impossible considering the baby boomers standing but they are well on their way. In fact I can predict now that the millennial's will become so self consumed that they will exceed our wildest imagination. They are already now doing things that had you told me 20 years ago this would happen I would've called you a liar.

Back when I was a kid, I used to walk 12 miles to school, in the snow, barefoot, carrying bricks.

I bought one of those at SupaNova here in Sydney. I have passed it along to my daughter who is a massive fan of Boba and all things Mandalorian.
