Thank you for the comparison pics, they are very helpful.

To my ageing eyes both the SD40 and SD43 are pleasing. They have good proportions. However, the Deepsea feels really off. I can totally understand that many people love it but esthetically it is not correct at all. I wouldn't be surprised if Rolex discontinues Deepsea soon and only SD43 remains in production.

I am happy to have the 126600!

It is much more better to be on my 6.5 inches than the 116660!

And the bracelet is well balanced than 116660!

The only thing that I don't like it is the "Price"!

I think, if it is around US$10K, is reasonable and acceptable !

Congrats on the SD43, it looks amazing and like many have said it seems so balance as compared to the DSBlue.

Congrats!
Your 6.5" wrist wears it well, modern look.
Hopefully my equally 6.5" wrist will someday don one as well.
Enjoy!

Great thread, you have the divers cornered. Funnily those who claim it looks small should look at your thread. For mine the 43 looks wider (not thicker) than the deep sea and a LOT bigger than standard sub
