Yes. So did "monastery value" in an earlier post saying essentially the same thing, albeit in my usual long winded way. One was a typo but I'm not saying which.
My minor remedial contribution, branding aside, is that it would probably look better on a TT bracelet. |

I quite like this edition, congratulations, enjoy it and don’t let a few politicized posters detract from your Beautiful Watch Purchase!

This must be one of the most limited Tudors out there. I'm not sure how many FXD MN21s were made - but it must be more than 175. I know that 300 Royal protection Black Bay 58 blue 2022 watches were made and only a very few have hit the market making them very expensive but this Harrods 175 is far more limited than that.

I’m not mad about this one. Like the bracelet and T fit but it’s expensive even with a splash of gold imo. also, the negative connotations of Harrods and that skanking old pervert “Al” Fayed leave a sour taste in the mouth even if his association is a tiny fraction of the store’s history.

Yes, but most of the history that members here will be aware of. I have no dog in this fight. Just saying. Anyway, as a watch it’s not for me, but congrats to those who have and are enjoying it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Because it was widely reported that he began using “al” in the 1970s as a way of increasing his social standing. “House of” Fayed. Though that being said I guess everyone with an aristocratic connotation to their name would have had to start using at some time or another. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Unless you live in UK and have been a Harrods customer for a long time and still , even then your chances are slim, you will never see one of these. A nice piece for sure..
I read up on what happened at Harrods and it’s horrible , how that type of behavior went on for so long and nothing was done to stop it. He should been locked up, regardless of his wealth and power. These people that believe the rules don’t apply to them, need to be punished like everyone else. I feel for the victims. |

I'm surprised we haven't seen more incomings for this piece - nothing on YouTube and not even a mention in the watch press. Seems it really has been a discrete release just for certain Harrods customers.

Presumably the two tone bracelet that can ordered from this is the same one as the BB39:

Picked up the 175th edition from Chrono 24 last week. Two were for sale at the same time from different dealers in the US with a premium of about 1200 pounds over retail, which I thought was very fair given the ridiculous prices the pink chrono has been going for in the market and the fact there are only 175 of this particular reference. Will pick it up in a couple of weeks when I travel to the US and already thinking of changing the bracelet to the two tone steel and gold from the black bay 41 as I think it would match the gold accents nicely.

6/10 watch, some of it nice and some of it not so plus it is £1.5k too much.
Harrods even prior to the latest goings on is far from being worthy of a collaboration with a respected watchmaker in my personal opinion but it is just that. |

I can’t see Tudor carrying on their relationship with Harrods for much longer.

Congratulations! With only 175 pieces made, I think the markup over MSRP was worth it. Stunning piece and that shade of the green dial is amazing. A TT bracelet would definitely complete the look. I'm actually a bit surprised that they didn't originally make this with a TT. Maybe a green rubber strap might look good on it?
