Not bad in the 20's this morning. Really nice yesterday think we hit 45, but a cold front is coming in.

Negative digits and -20s with windchill. Good News hopefully this is the worst of the year today and tomorrow and we can get back to ending this winter crap soon.

walked over to lake michigan a bit ago. Canada goose (4 out of 5 warmth rating), gloves, jeans, thermal underwear, boots with medium thicknesss boot socks.

Did not feel bad even at -20 with -50 windchill. As much as I don't find it fashionable, canada goose makes a really warm coat. Was out for about 20 minutes

The Inuit folks who pioneered the fur-lined hoods knew their stuff. Fully zipped up in snorkel mode, you don't really need a facemask even with the extreme cold and wind, unless walking into a head-wind. My wife wears a Canada Goose, I've got a Moose Knuckles, and you do feel pretty impervious even with this extreme weather.

Anyone who doesn't think it's the humidity has never taken-off in Riyadh when it's 49C/120F but dry as a bone and landed a short time later in the Dubai where it may "only" be 46/115F and humid as soup.

(Of course, neither will kill you as quick as -40C/F)

I've got more than one and as hideous as I feel either standing still or even walking around I somehow manage to feel all warm and toasty.

36c, we only have hot and hotter season

Unfortunately, tons of smog, had to wear a N95 mask in Bangkok today. Many schools closed due to the amount of dangerous particles in the air.

-5 with a windchill of about -25. Had to run an errand, looked at the instrument cluster on the Audi, I was closer to the Frozen then the Expired, then I realized I was looking at the gas gauge.
