I've never seen this one before. Do you have the reference number? 36mm? 41mm?

It's the 36mm Turn-O-Graph, discontinued several years ago. It's my daily wearer!

I was thinking the same thing about the champagne dial on SS. It sure looks good. Did it come that way from the factory?

It's two-tone.

Hi great watches everyone! I'm interested in buying the datejust in the future but I'm wondering, is the fluted bezel scratch resistant? I know ceramic bezel is scratch resistant but what about the fluted bezel?

In thew newer model the fluted bezel is made from gold and since gold is softer than SS, how badly can you damage the bezel?

I also noticed that on some of the older models that the fluted bezel is less "sharp" (sorry if I'm using the wrong term here) than the new models. Is this because of heavy use or just because thats how they were made back then?

Thank you and sorry for the long questions

Even Rolex mentioned it years ago. The two models were pretty much the same.

My new DJ bought last week. I had an identical one 5 years ago and flipped it. I always regretted that and ended up buying the same watch again I love the classical elegance of the DJ.
