Yeah it's a little on the looser side. One more out it's a little on the tight side, haha. I need a 1.5 link.

Next time I have the chance I´ll ask him about the strap for his 5726 again. His watch also had some serious battle scars like the scratch on the bezel at 12.

In the meantime I had a look into the anniversary book and must say it´s the most beautiful watch catalogue I´ve ever had in my hands so far.

What is the real story behind "sealed" watches, in particular Pateks?
My AD has always told me that Patek has very strict rules about an AD allowing a sealed watch out of their store. In addition, even the cardboard box that the watch is delivered in is not allowed to leave the store. Supposedly the shipping box and plastic seal is to be discarded by the AD. I was told that this is to reduce these watches showing up as new grey market watches.
Anyone know if any of this is true?

Ken it is true and is a rule form Patek. I cut the bag but they keep bag and shipping boxes. I have gotten to keep a few in past from other dealers but with my AD here it is a no no as they follow Patek rules 100%.
