Most especially though, I hope that Arya gets to end Cersei. Nice and slow like.

Yes, whose will be the big death to end season 7?
I think Cersei makes it to season 8. I hope LF makes it to 8 as well. Maybe Brienne or Tormund or Theon. |

I watched it again today and there was a lot of talk about Dany's successor and I then as I watched Jon lying in bed I got the feeling Jon won't make it and their child will be the future. Dany says she can't have kids, but maybe she can with another Targ.

No, it's not in the books and they haven't met in them yet. The idea still feels weird to me because Jon is still a Stark, a gritty Northerner, but he and Dany are def getting closer.

Well, they got really close! Aegon and Dany Targaryen look like they have created an heir which means things aren't looking good for Jon next season. Shame that my fav schemer LF got his justice, but he was never going to play the Starks against each other. NK riding the Ice Dragon was cool to see, nice set up to the Great War in the South next season.

ROFL, they all going to die a very cold, dreary, and blue death.
None of this mushy "and they live happily ever after" stuff. On a more serious note, it all seemed to rushed, nowhere as good as previous years, almost anticlimactic. |

Game of Thrones, who ends up on the iron throne?
Quote:
I think season 7 was like season 5. It had a lot of buildup to what's going to happen in the final season. That said I've heard it might even be early 2019...... and with all the dragons, white walkers, and the army of the dead I'm sure that killed the budget. I think no one will sit on the throne. I think it will be destroyed but I do believe the night king will be defeated. I honestly think Daenerys "arrogance" if u call it that will cost lead to her death. I think Tyrion will end up king as I don't see Jon Snow/stark/targaryan wanting to rule in Kings Landing. But who knows with George RR Martin. At least we know it won't be Littlefinger.... I really enjoyed the finale. I have so many thoughts about the episode. I am not sure where to start so I'll just start rambling...
From the beginning I've disliked Sansa. Granted she hasn't had the best fortune, I always thought that she was a brat and put herself before her family. I was hoping that Arya was going to kill her, but I definitely changed my mind after this episode. I am glad that she finally realized what was going on and put her family first by quickly killing Littlefinger. Speaking of Littlefinger, I am sad to see him go because he was a great character, but he deserved it. I really enjoyed the scene where Tyrion goes to speak to Cersei. The fact that she doesn't have him killed, to me, says that deep down she knows that Tyrion is innocent and she may even love him, but she needs somebody to blame for all of her misfortune. The scene after the big meeting where Cersei admits to Jamie that she has no plans of helping Dany and Jon was also great. She is so blinded by power. I think Jamie is a good person at heart, but puts up with Cersei's nonsense because he loves her. The part where he rides off and Cersei is left alone (and it starts snowing) was really poetic. She is truly alone now. The scene where we find out that Jon is really a Targaryen, although shouldn't come as a surprise to anybody, I thought was very interesting. It's funny how Robert's Rebellion, which is how the game of thrones got started was based on a lie. And the scene at the end with Jon and Danny. WOW! I think we were all hoping for that to happen, but at the same time I feel a bit dirty lol. I think Danny and Jon will have a child. What that means for the show, I am not sure. The Night King will not sit on the throne. Ok, rambling over. |

Game of Thrones, who ends up on the iron throne?

I started watching it with my mom last year. She asked who I like. I said you know the guy screwing his sister and pushed the kid out the window? Hes in my top 5. She was appalled. Bc she had just watched him kill Jory and all the other things. He is a good person at heart. He did save kings landing from the mad king. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Jamie is the younger twin, so the prophesy goes he will kill Cersei, and not Tyrion now I think. He will probably have to kill her to save KL just as he did once before, the Queenslayer.
For a second I was worried she was going to kill Jamie there... I know the producers would have loved to have saved the 500K an episode he earns. |

Well, Cersei and Jamie is obviously way worse because they are more closely related, but more importantly, they know that they're related. With John and Danny, they have no idea so they get a pass.

I didn't start until last year. A co-worker kept bugging me about the show, but I always ignored her. As soon as I have it a shot, I was instantly hooked. I can't believe it took me this long to start watching.

Some GoT fans with biology backgrounds analyzed the Targaryen family tree, and advised that the amount of shared DNA between D & J/A is basically equivalent to what a "traditional" sister/brother incest union would be.

I was similar, I only got into GOT at the beginning of season 5 when a friend's daughter convinced me to give it a go. I then watched all the DVDs in about two weeks, the key is to stop half way thru an epi and not wait till the end, and then last year I read all the books. |
