Now that’s funny. F them.

wow...just..wow. this has been the most eye-opening thread i've ever read on this site, and i'm beyond thankful that i stumbled upon it before EVER possibly having the displeasure of having to deal with these losers in the future. there's just no way this is a legitimate business, no way, these punks have to be launderers or part of some sort of criminal syndicate as a front, or whatever. total shitbags.

after hunting for what seemed like forever for a particular SD 16600, I found one at a great price on their website. I submitted the purchase request and after a few days, I called them to see what was going on. He responded with something to the effect that I was crazy to think he'd sell me that watch at the price that he had listed.

I suspect if you're new to watches and click buy a watch comes in the mail and you're happy.

If you're not new to watches you realize the watch that came was missing something from the photo, wasn't the same one in the photo or was a used watch etc.

They probably pay some folks to give them good reviews.

It seems to me what they need is an investigation. They are probably partially dealing in stolen watches.

If they are sharing customer personal data on Yelp or wherever, I am certain that is actionable, at least in a civil court.

I am new here, and these people really disgust me. There must be ways to teach them some humility.

Don't local news stations love covering stories like this? It seems to me the best way to really hurt them is to shine a big bright light on them, via Twitter, on YouTube, via local news, ads on various sites Rolex lovers hand out: Making them famous.

And, finally, lying about the condition of watches can be easily construed as fraudulent. Certainly an investigation is warranted if they have done this to people.

I’m sorry but when spending 12k plus on a watch you can’t answer 2 basic questions? Then I got this email from them.

Please do not give these people your money. They clearly don’t care.

If they treat POTENTIAL customers like that, you know what they are going to say when you call them with a potential problem or material misrepresentation after the deal is done. 7-11 provides better customer service.

They do youtube as well.

Start at 5 min and just listen how he talks and describes the watch talking about concave vs convex. The information is good, the way he talks is funny though. Such anger in his voice.
