How is the timekeeping on everyone's 3rd gen Overseas 4500V? Mine is +3 on crown down and +1 on dial up (when I put it down at night), but about -5 when I actually wear it. So on a daily basis I lose about 1 or 2 seconds. Shouldn't it be regulated so that the variances aren't that huge?
I'm behind the computer a lot, which basically means the watch is hanging with 12 o'clock down instead of dial up. I think watches that are regulated in 5 positions ignore the 12 o'clock postion. Is that what could be the case here? |

It seem like the blue and black dials are deep and lacquered almost and the silver and brown are sunray. Is that correct and is it the same for the dual time, chrono and time only? Or are the black dials different on any of the three? Thanks! |

Saw the black dial while in the Maldives, then knew I had to get the blue at the nearest stopover (Doha for me). Even got a decent discount.

I wonder how the grey leather would look with the black face as an option to wear with browns and blues? |

I am still waiting for my blue 4500v and can’t wait. The availability seems to be scarce since I have waited for 2 months now.
Great to see that the VCO gets the recognition it deserves though! Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk |

Am visiting Zurich this weekend and spent some nice time at the VC boutique on Bahnhofstrasse. No lack of blue overseas models here...although the rep helping me was aware of wait lists in the US. That tourbillon is mesmerizing. My Blue Sky dweller shows just how much the VC dual pops...beautiful.

Anyone own/have pics of the 40mm white gold Overseas Self-Winding Ultra-Thin? Just wondering as it’s rarely seen or discussed. Certainly more expensive than the steel versions.

Great pictures Ceracrom! And yes, it puts the blue of the Rolex to shame.

Looks like VC Overseas Gen3 is getting popular. Is the demand now exceeding supply?

I went to AP boutique and they didn't even entertain putting me on royal oak waiting list. I have zero regret getting the blue dial 4500V - i think it's the best buy now if you are still able to get discount (after 4 months of ownership I think this watch is still easily worth paying full retail) |
