From a person who knows nothing (talking about myself here) about Tudor it looks good. Now having the experts who know this watch style shows us the flaws which they conclude is fake.

Thanks everyone for another excellent lesson in spotting Tudor fakes it will help me, and I hope others to expose more fakes.

To my untrained eye it sure looks pretty! Lots of clear, close-up photos... this seller is doing everything right except for the fact that his goods are bogus.

Nice try scammer, and good catch blaine!

...okay...here is 3 cents worth...

...to ME, the biggest give-away is the case. Notice the POSITION of the 7958 between the lugs-it is basically CENTERED, top to bottom.

...MY experience has been that ANY Tudor watch with the model# CENTERED from top to bottom is a FAKE. Those found this way usually have a repetitive serial#.

...the band appears to be FAKE. Thickness of the side plates and buckle appear INCORRECT.

...and, the dial is questionable, at best a refinish.

...movement ref# IS CORRECT for the 7958. The 7958 used EITHER a 1260 OR a 1272. BOTH movements were used.

...wish trf'er "Bagel" would also step in.
