While your collection is appreciated, I wouldn't put too much faith and trust in those old Jubilee bracelets....seriously!! You could lose a Rolex watch!!

Not sure, but I think one of our members, Subma, managed to get one of his older Jubilee bracelets repaired in Hong Kong.

My 2 oval link bands and some tightening advice

I have gaps in mine and I watch them sometimes, but my physical activity does not put me in danger of losing my Rolex like JJ said. I take the watch off and check my links to see if stress is pulling and making a gap in the links. If there is I isolate and with my stub nose pliers I am able to push together without altering the design. I love the way the band sits on my wrists. Besides, these bands versus the D shaped newer bands that can be immediately identified as authentic Rolex. Most bands with D shaped selling on ebay could be real but most are probably fakes. Thats another factor in owning the vintage jubilee ovals in my opinion. I love my 2 bands and I am glad you have a 2tone version on your DJ!
I would also like to add that I am not a fan of the oyster fliplock, but I am a fan of the Oyster Vintage Rivet with smooth regular clasp. It is just classy and unique. But thats my opinion.

I'm not sure, but I think I sold Mikey one of the vintage Jubilee bands in his collection. I know I took the photos he uses for his avatar.

Hey, I thought I lost touch with you. Yes, I am proud of the band I got from you. Your photography is awesome. My digital camera is terrible. I have since used a Cap Cod cloth with advice from this forum to make it mirror polish on the other side. I will never forget you. Guys, Subfiend is a first class guy!!
