FSOT Ball Conductor Power Reserve! First US LE. Very Collectible!!
I have decided today this piece does not get the wear or attention it deserves so I am going to have to part with it to fund an upcoming grail purchase.
What a cool piece it has been to own!!! There were supposed to be 333 made but they stopped the series at about 75 pieces. It was the first custom design by Ball USA for the US Market, it was made in 2004. I got lucky and mine is actually in the first 5 made!!!! Only thing is the previous owner must have had REALLY small wrists as they punched an extra hole in the band. Its not easy to see but I made sure to get pics of it. The first three are the pictures from when I purchased it, a shame the seller did not include the Ball Towel (I dont know where he got it but its pretty cool) or hang tang but I have everything else (inner and outer boxes, instructions and filled out warranty card). The other pics were just taken tonight. Also here at the specs on it as Ball published them The Ball Watch Company has been known for its precise railroad watches. This Ball Conductor Power Reserve Limited Edition is is one of only 333 distributed worldwide. It is in a 47mm (including the lugs) 35.7mm x 15mm polished SS tonneau shaped case with display back secured by four fine screws, water resistant to 50 meters. It has a sapphire crystal and signed screw down crown. The black dial has white gold arrowhead markers, power reserve at six, second timezone at twelve, and quickset date at three. The cal ETA 9065 automatic movement is accurate to three seconds per day. MSRP when new was $3295 and these sold QUICK! I have not seen one on the market in a couple years. Since it is a rare piece and not seen often I am asking $3250 OBO. Please Email me ANY offers, I will consider them all.... Market will dictate the price. I am more flexible if payment is made via US Postal Money Orders. Otherwise I will take bank transfer. Again I am truly looking for a cash sale as I want to fund a grail piece. The only items I may be willing to work a trade for would be : PAM 279, PAM 243J, PAM 000, PAM 005, Original Omega Ploprof or IWC Vinage Pilot.
