Turnaround time @ Dallas Service Center?
Does anyone know what the "true" turnaround time lately for watch service is at the Dallas center? I called to find out and they could only tell me several weeks. I would like to have a little better idea how long I'm going to be without my watch so I can decide when I want to send it. Also What do you guys reccommend as the best method to send it to them, I was going to send it via USPS registered insured. Thanks for any info!

Turnaround time for a service is generally 4-6 weeks. If you call and ask them, they will send you a mailing kit. It will come with a box, some packing material, a pre-printed label and some tape. They will also give you instructions on what to include for directions on what you would like done.
The only way they will accept the watch is if it's sent USPS Registered. Just remember to insure your watch for it's replacement value.
