18K Rolex Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona Watch
Seller harryjblige200309
This watch is a very rare vintage rolex and was willed to me. It's 18k real gold as you might notice from the picture that even though it's about 18 years old, the gold still shines like new and it's going to be that way forever. You could give it a subtle polish once a year though. I took the liberty of outlining how to spot a fake rolex for the new Rolex buyer who might be interested and might I also add that this watch is genuinely authentic and comes with it's warranty papers etc. http://cgi.ebay.com/18K-Rolex-Oyster...item2c53a07271 |

He should have mentioned a fake Daytona will have the days of the week in a sub dial.

I've always wanted a day/date function on a daytona! And that turn-o-graph is cool too!

Reported.
- if you zoom into those subdials, you'll just laugh. Has the SUN, MON, TUES... subdial at 9. Also, he includes a wonderful guide on "how to spot a fake rolex".... one the points being that if it says "24 hour Daytona...". He advertises his own watch saying that it has this on the caseback! What an idiot!!! |

What's funny is the Q&A on the bottom of the page. It's a clear case of a scam artist trying to scam the individual selling the fake Rolex.

New picture and description
The watch is 12 years old and recently willed to me. My goldsmith valued it for me at 75,000 - 80,000 swedish kronor which comes to about 9000 USD.
The golden parts are real 18 k gold and will remain shinning for life even though it has a few almost invisible scratches. |
