Ernest jones UK - do they sell rolex?

A friend can get a 15% discount at EJ. Their website suggests not but does anyone know if they can order rolexwatches at all?

I don't think they will do 15% discount on a ss sports model it can be 10% if you have a share holder card.

I think most of the larger branches sell Rolex, I know the branch in Bluewater shopping centre near Dartford does.

15% is a good deal on a SS sportsmodel.

I've just added my name to the waiting list at the Bristol store.
I'll look into this a bit further but said friend suggest that he can purchase £voucher cards at a 15% discount on the face vale. The Rolex won't be discounted but the net effect is that I will hopefully only pay 85% of the full RRP because of this.

Be very pleased if it works - that nearly a £700 saving. Probably be some small print somewhere!

Ernest jones in Exeter is a AD, have got a 1680 sd, in for service with them at the moment, (£305) take out a store card and you get 20% off servicing and repair, intend to fully pay off soon as the bill comes in, but seeing as my 16610 will go in for a service once that comes back seemed worth it, will let you know if i missed some small print when the watch comes back and i pay for it using the store card.

Take care with the store card for a purchase if you already have an interest free credit loan with EJ.
Even if you pay extra in the hope of paying off the store card purchase your money will be deducted off the interest free credit loan only.
The net result is that the interest you pay is more than the 20% you have saved!!
The only reason that I use EJ is for the 10% shareholder discount. The Santander financial service is very poor.

You can do better than 15% with Omega! Strike hard and fast with a bargain. I got 25% on my speedy.

You're in the States my friend - this is the UK - you have to pay for plastic bags at the supermarket in this country - no discounts anywhere

15% off is good IMHO

However, I am looking for a Speedy Pro, if you can get me 25% off in the US I am all ears..

Thanks for the warning peter, only got the card because of the 20% off on all servicing and repair. so the intention is to pay for the service using the store card (20% off £305)
recieve statement from santander and pay it off in full,
john.

I got 20% off a Limited Edition 007 Planet Ocean so if you push it like I did I reckon you could get 20%

There are 32 Ernest Jones stores that sell Rolex. They are;

BASILDON EAST GATE
BASINGSTOKE
BIRMINGHAM BULL RING
BLUEWATER
BRENT CROSS
BRISTOL CABOT CIRCUS
BROMLEY GLADES
CRAWLEY
CROYDON WHITGIFT
EALING BROADWAY
ENFIELD
EPSOM
EXETER
KENSINGTON
KINGSTON CLARENCE ST
LEAMINGTON SPA
MAIDENHEAD
MERRY HILL
MILTON KEYNES
OXFORD ST 199
OXFORD ST 373
PETERBOROUGH QUEENSGATE
POOLE
PORTSMOUTH
RICHMOND
SOLIHULL
SOUTHEND
STOCKPORT
SWANSEA QUADRANT
WATFORD HARLEQUIN
WELWYN G'DN CITY
WESTFIELD LONDON

However, www.ernestjones.co.uk does not sell Rolex.

If you ask in store you can probably get at least 10% discount, probably more if you make sell the fact you will buy it today there and then.

I got my Explorer from EJ in Westfield. Some branches do sell but be prepared to feel like you're on a sales conveyor belt. Very poor customer service. If you go in knowing exactly what you want, then it is fine. If you want to try a few on first, don't expect any banter and whatever you do, don't ask Rolex specific questions. It took them 20 minutes just to figure out the manufacture date and I just got a confused blank stare when asking about parachrom.

got a call today from ernest jones exeter (AD) wife answered as i was at work, the 1680 (ser no 57xxxxx)i put in for service 3 weeks ago as obviously arrived at Bexley (or London?) and they where letting me know the cost and if i wanted to go ahead,
service for a sub date at present is £305, because of its age i was expecting a call with a different price.
new quote is..............£585.81p for that it will get a service , a new bezel disc (presume they mean bezel insert) and a weight (wife took the call so did not ask) can anyone tell me what is meant by weight?? can only think its something inside, and if i rang the AD i doubt if they would know specifically what that involved??
as stated before 20% off using their store card will definitely be used.

Weight probably refers to the winding rotor
