Daytona Bracelet
I have a question that I hadn't seen answered before:
I have a Zenith Daytona (A serial). The bracelet has a little stretch, not bad. I love the bracelets on the new-style Daytona with the solid links. Seems more substantial. When it comes time to replace the bracelet on my Zenith Daytona, are they interchangeable, so that a new-style bracelet could be fitted on it? If so, how hard are they to get? Would an AD be willing to do that? |

Mods, I just realized this probably should have been posted in the tech forum. Feel free to move it.

You could fit the new 78590 or 78490 solid link bracelet on your Daytona.. the movement inside has nothing to do with the bracelet on the outside..
The issue would be if you could get your hands on one... it is possible that your AD would be able to order one for you (probably about $1,500), but I hear that Rolex is tightening up their parts sales and may only offer the early 78390A for it based on serial number and reference....

Thanks. I guess that's both good news and bad news.
