Is £3500 a good price for a new SS Submariner new style serial number?

Hi guys

I am after a little advice - I have recently bought a new Deep Sea and a new Daytona in the last few months and am not really in the market for another watch - but!!!!

I have been offered a Sub date on new style serial number from my dealer at £3500 - is that a good price and should I go for it??

I have heard all the usual Rolex sales tactics before - last chance etc!!!

Your help with this dilemma would be appreciated

I think the list price is £3820 so you are saving £320, not bad if you were thinking of buying one of the last current Subs.

I'd say it's excellent, most dealers will be reluctant to discount anything at all on Subs at the moment

Yes thats a good price but only buy it if you really want it, there are millions of 16610 in this world today. All the same except for a few minor fonts, SEL, LEC,and different case date stamps.

Well said, and I couldn't agree more.

Great watch though, so if you like it; get it!

Cheers,
Joe

Just short of 10% on a popular SS model is OK . Not record breaking , but not bad .

Good onshore price..

You can get it cheaper if you can get down to Heathrow... or London City...

I think he was referring to buying at an airport duty/tax free. I was at Heathrow T5 the other week and tried on a LV which I could of had for less than £3,500. Nice watch but as everyone says it's only a good deal if you want the watch in the first place.
