Relaxing BBQ...How Do You Like Your Calbi?
There is nothing like relaxing on a Saturday with good food, friends and family. My wife decided to have some people over and I would cook. So, I prepared some Calbi, Chinese Chicken Salad, some rice and good beer.
I have to say, each time my wife saw me take pictures of my watch or the food she giggled! Never said anything about it except for, "Your hooked, huh?" Well, I hope all you ladies and gentlemen are having a great weekend too. Cheers!

You just had to show a picture of good food!
I'm about to eat my foot over here, and you have a wonderful thread about an awesome meal! And yes I did scroll up, and imagine how each portion tasted! |

Looks great ! We prepare our Kalbi using a Korean bbq sauce which is available at Ranch 99 here in Milpitas. We get the ribs, rinse them and then marinate them, grill, and...yummy !

I was in Milpitas in 1995, the first "real" job I applied for after college. Obviously I didn't get it. It is a nice town, except for that prison down the street.

Dean, your meal looked delicious and finger licking good. I made Filet Mignons on the grill for dinner over the weekend and then smothered mine with fresh blue cheese...yummy!!!
